ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Junior Move Manager you will support our move managers with daily tasks as well as having your own responsibility areas. This is a hands-on role in a very dynamic environment
THE PROFILE
The position requires you to be goal-driven with a can-do attitude and strong work ethic. You should be self-motivated with a strong ability to organize and structure your tasks, knowing what to prioritize and when. You enjoy doing daily administrative routines as well as using your communicative skills to enhance the customer experience
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Contribute to the development of our business through enhanced profitability and improved quality standards
Support our move managers in their daily tasks
Initiate services in our business system
Responsible for customer follow up process
Follow up on move enquires
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of work experience
Fluent Swedish and English level both oral and written
Strong communication skills
Organizing skills and attention to detail skills is highly valued for the position
Preferably International experience
Preferably University degree
