As Jr Key Account Manager Foods you will develop and execute the customer strategies and customer business plans with your customer. You will be responsible for growing our business in turn-over, market share and profitability.
You will sell specific ideas and plans using our brands to create mutual competitive advantage.
The role is based in our Solna office in Sweden. You will become part of our Spreads, Cooking & Cream sales team and our customer team. You will report to the Sr.KAM Foods and through a dotted line to the Sales Director of whom both are based in Solna.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Overall responsibility for Unilever 's Foods business and partnership with your customer; including growing in turn-over, market share and profitability, yearly negotiations with pricing and assortment, promotional program and collaboration to develop our joint business.
• Develop and execute a customer strategy and customer business plan.
• Work in close collaboration with Category Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Brand Managers, field sales team, finance and Supply Chain Managers as well as category and customer teams.
• Provide clear objectives and deliverables for the field team.
• Ongoing, actively strengthen the relationship between Unilever and your customers.
The profile we are looking for has experience within FMCG and have already achieved visible results within sales and/or marketing and as such laid a good foundation and a proven track record of skills.
It takes a special blend of ambition, people skills and commercial acumen; you'll need to be credible and confident in front of people and have a passion for growing businesses, coupled with the power to influence and negotiate. It is important that you have fully developed communication skills. But most important is an analytical, result/business oriented and energetic personality, and the ability to influence key stakeholders and fully lead every aspect of your business. We are looking for someone with a great internal drive and who takes ownership for tasks and can set their own goals.
University degree in business administration, finance, or marketing is preferred, and experience from key account management and category management is a plus. Ideally you will have hands on experience of business strategy, managing customer relationships, selling and negotiation.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU NEED/HAVE
• FMCG experience
• Good business understanding
• Strong communication and people skills
• Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing
• Preferably experience from globally owned companies
• Good team player and influencer
• Good solution oriented mindset and ability to work independently
• A strong drive and passion for winning!
