As we are scaling up Carla, we are now looking for a Junior Financial Controller to add to the Finance team in Stockholm. Your mission will be to support one of the fastest growing startups in Scandinavia - ever. You will focus on our daily financial operations, and accounting and controlling of accounts payable, accounts receivables and bank reconciliations.
About the Role
We are looking for someone who is interested in starting your career within Finance in a fast growing environment. You will be involved in our daily finance operations (purchase and sales), and all transactional activities. You will work proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate results. The right candidate has attention to details, can work structured and has the ability to drive change.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage and control our daily purchasing and sales operations from a Finance perspective
• Manage expenses in PLEO (external expense system)
• Coding of incoming invoices and send out to correct approval flow
• Owner of approval rules
• Reconciliation and control of balance sheet sheet of accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Manage manual bank payments
• Reconciliation of bank accounts in Business Central (our ERP)
• Contribute to month end close process with general accounting tasks
• Ad-hoc reporting for deep dive in accounting processes
We believe that the ideal candidate:
• Has a positive mindset and likes moving at high speed together with others.
• Enjoys working with high volumes, high tempo, and in a dynamic environment.
• Is driven by strong willingness to learn
• Has studied Accounting or Business, or equivalent
• Has up to 1 year of experience from similar work
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• In addition, We are looking for a candidate with an exceptional ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization
