We are now looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to the Nordics Budgeting & Reporting team in the Stockholm office. You will focus on financial management reporting, cost controlling & budgeting, as well as budget input to our financial systems. We see that you are of collaborative nature and have a curious mindset. You appreciate diversity and can easily interact with new cultures and you embrace inclusiveness. These attributes in combination with an Analytical approach and a sense for details will make you succeed in the role as a Junior Financial Analyst.

The Opportunity

As Junior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Financial Management Reporting: monitoring the financial performance and market performance of PM Nordics by preparing financial reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, explaining the reasons and drivers for financials in a standard and efficient way.

• Cost Controlling & Budgeting: consolidating the Nordic costs for business expenses with analysis and budgeting.

• Financial Systems: verifying, consolidating and loading data input in the financial systems through end-to-end process ownership.

• Support Analysis: supporting internal stakeholders with projects and ad-hoc reports on PM Nordics financial performance and costs analysis.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other relevant field.
• Preferably 1-2 years' experience in Finance (Accounting, Controlling, Budgeting & Reporting).
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
