Poolia is looking for a Junior Divisional Business Controller for Arvato Finance to support their financial team. The position is located in central Stockholm and you will report to Divisional Director Business Control.

Publiceringsdatum2017-01-05Dina arbetsuppgifterThis is a new role within our new organizational context and the main area of responsibility lays within controlling our divisional corporate functions as International projects, IT, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Management. Our international functions are based in Stockholm, Norway and Germany.
Your main tasks and areas of responsibilities will be:
• Controller Divisional Corporate functions
• Provide solutions as a knowledgeable business partner in business analysis
• Delivering insight and building capabilities through continuous use of arvato Business Intelligence
• Drive development of processes and systems within the responsibility area

Utbildning/erfarenhet
Experience - mandatory:
• >3 years of professional and relevant work experience preferably within finance
• University degree within Business, Economics or Engineering
• Worked around decision making at a higher management level
• Know data driven communication and have relevant experience from Business Intelligence
• Good command of English
• MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI
Experience - preferred:
• Group accounting, transfer pricing and consolidation
• International experience from a large organization.
• German, Dutch or any Nordic language
• SAP, QlikView, Tableau, SQL
Desired Skills:
• Accountable, proactive and adaptive
• You maintain high quality standards and have a good sense for reality checks and control questions on any analysis done.
• Good in written and oral communication, who know the power of data driven decision making.
• Data driven and holistic view to data modelling
• Someone that possess the ability to adjust the analysis and level of detail to the needs of different decision makers and audiences.
