The Controller will support the Finance Director Global Marketing and the teams within Global marketing, Communication and Sustainability with cost tracking reports and analysis, internal allocations, managing project cost structure and tracking, be a link between shared services (accounting) and department and follow-up of investments. You will also support the Finance Director in budget/forecast process, month-end closings and consolidation of Global Marketing Spending and Return on Marketing Investments metrics.
This is a great opportunity to work within an innovating team that are developing the Long-term Marketing & Communication strategies for the company and supporting them with financial knowledge on this journey.
TYPICAL DAY
• Make monthly cost reports and analysis of cost deviations vs Budget/forecast
• Cost follow-up of investments and projects
• Managing/creating the Project number structure
• Managing the re-invoicing and allocations from Global Marketing to other Electrolux companies
• Be a link between Shared services/Accounting department in Poland and Global marketing
• Support Marketing team with coding of invoices, approval problems and invoice and payment questions.
• Monthly closing preparations and analysis in collaboration with Finance Director (accruals, re-bookings)
• Support in Quarterly Forecast, Yearly Budget and Strategic plan work
• Support consolidation work with Global Marketing spending and KPIs
• Responsibility of controlling for Communications; monthly and yearly closings, monthly cost control. Forecast, Budget, Strategic plan in collaboration with Finance Director.
• Full responsibility of controlling for Sustainability; Budget, Strategic plan, monthly and yearly closings, monthly cost control, being the financial partner to Head of Sustainability.

We want you to have several years of relevant work experience and/ or degree in Finance or Business Development. You have General IT skills, very good MS Office (especially Excel and ppt) and SAP knowledge in advantage. Fluent in written and spoken English
As a person you are highly numerate, well-organized and have a strong eye for detail. You are able to work independently and have a hands-on approach, you are also a fast thinker with ability to pick up and treat new information rapidly. Deadline is something you appreciate and you work well in team.
