Retention is a Management Consulting firm specialized in recruitment and HR-consulting. We align people and strategy by Reshaping, Recruiting & Reenergizing organisations in Scandinavia, Europe & Asia.
Role & Responsibility
Your job will be to support the consulting team in their daily work. The tasks contain everything from analytical work - producing reports and conduct research, to prepare and participate in meetings with customers and candidates.
Further on, you will take an active part in executing sales activities together with the sales department. Within sales, you will get the opportunity to participate in a wide array of operations from strategic segmentation, preparation and customer contact, to creating and carrying out successful campaigns, web tactics and newsletters.
The job starts as soons as the recruitment process is accomplished.
Attributes & Experience
We are looking for a very driven and result oriented person, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a B2B focused mind-set. As a colleague and team-player, you are hands on, humble and easy going. Further on, you need to be analytical and structured with an ability to handle multiple actions. Experience from project management as well as B2B-sales is praiseworthy.
• Master degree in business Administration and/or industrial engineering
• Relevant work experience aligned with education
• Well spoken and written Swedish & English
• Passionate about People, Organization & Strategy
