What an exciting time to work at Electrolux! This is an opportunity to join the European Services & Spares team within our central office in Stockholm. As a Jr. Repairs Business Analyst, you will help us analyze the repair potential to suggest areas for improvement and new businesses by analyzing complex data. With a quarter of a million machine failures every week in Europe, this is a chance to make a difference in creating new products and solving consumer problems while creating significant value for the company.
A normal day at work:
• Review and analyze a wide range of data, such as contact center output, NPS feedback from consumer surveys, European market data, and insights from the installed base
• In close collaboration with the wider European organisation, you will also be part of shaping new products and offerings by providing analytics and insights into consumer trends in all European markets
• Support creating a network of contacts within the Electrolux organization, identify trends, investigate and understand underlying problems and work with others to find opportunities for improvement and therefore present technical, commercial and product solutions
• Provide and communicate analyses using various Electrolux Group reporting systems.
• Analyse all European markets, product groups and competitors to identify key trends and business opportunities.
• Support in price reviewing all repair offers in Europe.

Education and experience:
• Master's or bachelor's degree in any academic discipline with a strong passion for transforming data into business insights.
• Good in the MS-Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Power BI modeling and development
• Stakeholder management, especially in multicultural teams.
• Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities while working efficiently in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Master English fluently, both in speech and writing.
It is preferable:
• Internship or work experience related to consumer experience and aftermarket sales.
Experience with SAP.

• 360-degree view of out-of-warranty service offerings and sales processes (sales performance, profitability, consumer travel, enabling sales on different channels) within a appliance company
• Latest insights and hands-on experience on how to combine qualitative and quantitative information to improve the offering and business performance
• How to have fun, while learning about the aftermarket and seeing the huge impact the program is making globally for people and organization
How to work in a global and multicultural team both physically and virtually
What you get out of the program:
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary SEK 25,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 28,500 gross salary per month.
