Position Overview:
As the Director of Business Development at FPT Software Sverige, you will be a key leader responsible for driving strategic growth across the Nordic region. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with global teams to deliver tailored digital solutions. This is a high-impact role suited for a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for innovation, technology, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in Sweden and the broader Nordic region.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Finance, Healthcare, and Energy.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with FPT Software's global delivery and technical teams to create compelling proposals and value propositions.
• Represent FPT Software Sverige at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and partnership development.
• Track, report, and optimize pipeline performance using CRM and analytics tools.
• Provide market insights to influence product offerings and regional strategy.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
• 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships in the IT or software services industry.
• Proven success in generating new business and managing complex sales cycles in a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital transformation, software development, and outsourcing models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and analytical approach.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is a strong advantage.
