Job Description
At the moment we are strengthening our Stockholm team and are looking for a Java Solution Architect. The Stockholm office has a large scope of inhouse projects for developing products within several different businesses. This includes both national and international clients for which we deliver large scale commitments. This creates expectations on us and our consultants. In order to live up to these we work actively with our strategy of ongoing development for our consultants. This through competency developing projects, seminars, trainings, collaboration, and so on.
In this role you will:
Drive the design and evolution of the architecture of the domain and understand/contribute to the domain vision and steer the architecture of the domain in this direction.
Work closely with the teams across the domain to be aware of ongoing and planned work, identify important changes and step in when needed with assistance and guidance.
Be involved in bigger initiatives that cross the domain borders, like defining external facing APIs, and will facilitate communication between domains when needed.
Work on different client projects
Design and build software applications
Collaborate with internal teams to produce software design and architecture
Playing a key role in architectural and design decisions, building towards an efficient architecture
Qualifications
Are you a Java savvy Architect who recognize yourself in the following?
I enjoy solving problems and creating new solutions together with other people
It'd be interesting to collaborate with clients long term and try out different fields
Working with clients and visiting them on site in order to better understand them excites me
I have good experience in developing software systems using Java and its related frameworks
Architecture, Object-orientated programming, Web applications and databases are super interesting
