Company Description
The client is a company that works with education and courses online, and they are now facing a big change with the goal to double their workforce within a year. Today they are about 12 people, four of those are developers. Even though the company started in 2010, the feeling right now is much like a startup because of the big change they have ahead of them.
Our client is offering a workplace with an open and helpful attitude. The team spirit is noticeable in everything they do and you will work closely with your colleagues. They offer great opportunities to grow within the company whether you come straight from the university or if you have been working a few years and are ready for something new. The company is quite small today, but they are growing fast which makes it a fun and exciting environment to work in for the right person.
Job Description
We are now on the lookout for a junior Java Developer to one of our clients. The client is working with educations and courses online. They are now in the process of changing platform from PHP to Java and because of that they now have to strengthen their team with another Java Developer. You will become a part of a very exciting journey where you together with you colleagues will develop the new platform and clean up the old environment. The company will be going from being a platform supplier to a content supplier.
Qualifications
• You have university education within the area, or matching work experience
• You have good knowledge and a great interest in Java
• Du are very self-driven and hungry for new experiences and knowledge within your area
• You communicate easily in English, since that is the working language and you will have several international colleagues
• It is a plus if you have knowledge in both backend and frontend development, but not a requirement
Personal qualities
Programming and development in Java is your passion. You are self-driven, interested and are eager to learn more within your field. As a Java Developer at our client you need to be flexible and enjoy working in a fast changing environment. The whole company works close together and they have a good team spirit. One day you might spend the entire day coding and the next day you go with the account manager to a meeting with a new client.
Salary
Individually fixed salary.
Admission and Application
Fulltime. Start as soon as possible, with regard to notice period. You will be hired of our client directly.
