The IT Technician will play a key role in maintaining the company's IT infrastructure while also contributing to the development of engaging digital content and optimizing our online visibility. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical know-how with creative and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operations.
Design, update, and maintain the company's website, ensuring functionality, responsiveness, and visual appeal.
Create, edit, and produce digital media content including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve website traffic and ranking.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align visual content and web performance with company branding.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems, peripherals, and software applications.
Maintain IT documentation, perform data backups, and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
Support users with IT-related inquiries and provide training where necessary.
Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in IT support, web management, or related technical fields.
Strong skills in graphic and web design (Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, or similar platforms).
Experience in video editing and digital content creation.
Proven knowledge of SEO tools and techniques.
Solid understanding of networking, system maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Swedish language proficiency is an added advantage.
