If this sounds like a challenge you're interested in, we're now looking for an IT Technician/Software Engineer to strengthen our Technical Systems team in NENT Sports at our office in Stockholm.
The position
In this role you will work with focus towards software and in particular the Adobe suite. You will be part of a team working with technology involved in all parts of Live video production. From camera to transmission, supporting all different trades involved in the production chain.
You will act as first and second line of support for software used by our Studios, Mediadesk, Editors, MCR and Transmission in their daily work.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Support all broadcast technicians and editors and make sure they have the IT tools they need to perform their tasks
• Be our local expert at Adobe CC suite
• Other software and some AD administration is also part of your daily tasks
• Keep our Editing suites up to date and with minimal downtime
• Be the "go-to person" when users experience any kind of IT-related problem
• Work closely together with our Engineering team and together shape the networks for maximum efficiency
• Administer AD and user rights within the different systems
• Administer ticket system (Jira)
• Writing documentation and user manuals

What we are looking for
To do well in this role, we believe that you have some years of experience working as an Editor with an interest in IT or maybe an IT Technician with an interest in editing. Experience of working with support is also a good merit. Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing is necessary but also English is a requirement as it is our corporate language.
Ideal candidates also meet the following requirements:
Experience of working with
• Adobe CC Suite, especially Premiere & After Effects (Administrating, support & troubleshooting)
• Cinema 4D
• Linux/Unix
• Windows (Server, Desktop)
• Active Directory (group policies)
Bonus requirements:
• Experience from support and systematic documentation i.e Jira, Confluence
• Working with MAM or playout systems (Fork / Pebble Beach Marina)
• Programming / Scripting can be helpful sometimes (i.e. Python, Visual basic)
