We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our diverse clientele. We are now seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our team in Stockholm.
Job Responsibilities
As an IT Systems Specialist, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing our IT infrastructure. You will focus on Microsoft 365 administration, IT support, and system optimization, while also contributing to global IT projects. You will collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure that our technical solutions are efficient, secure, and support smooth international operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage IT setup and deactivation for employees, including accounts, devices, and access rights.
• Device Management: Configure, maintain, and support computers, phones, and other end-user equipment.
• Business Applications: Administer and support ERP, CRM, and web-based systems.
• Microsoft 365 & Cloud Services: Oversee Azure, SharePoint, Teams, and related services to ensure optimal performance.
• Training & Support: Provide training sessions and guidance to staff on IT systems and tools.
• Network Management: Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure reliability and security.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for system and process improvements, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and security.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Automate.
Experience in IT support, ideally in a multinational environment.
Knowledge of IT security and cloud-based solutions.
Strong communication skills with international teams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Education in IT, computer science, or related field.
