About Swedbank IT
Swedbank IT is located in Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. We are 1400 employees responsible for running the bank, developing and maintening business strategic and central systems in Swedbank.
All development is managed in projects and we deliver approximately 600 projects and pre-studies during a business year.
Through understanding and acting from the needs of our internal customers, we offer the group competitive IT-solutions which support new products and high level services to our clients.
System Analyst to LC&I division FX/FI area of Swedbank IT
Do you like a good challenge? We are now looking for an experienced System Analyst with brilliant social skills to complement our team. Together with the team you will build up the function and its future success.
Assignment specification
As a System Analyst your main responsibility is to perform the analysis of business needs and requirements in the context of IT systems. You will support project architects and developers in the projects. You will analyze the required changes in accordance with the objectives of a project and participate in drafting of the project specifications
The role also includes following activities:
Maintaining and developing business competence related to IT solutions within its domain area Planning projects together with managers, project managers and architects Participating in bug-fixing, problem solving and impact analyses with your knowledge about IT systems, requirements and business domain Maintaining system model/documentation; providing requirements and/or system model/documentation for projects Taking into account possibilities and restrictions that are set by existing IT solutions and/or by official regulations and policies.
You are open-minded; solution oriented and strive to contribute to the competitiveness of the organization. You are engaged in order to make things happen and create relationships and build network within the organization. You have the ability to lead and work in a team and independently. You are willing to develop your competence and skills within the LC&I business area.
To apply for this position, we believe you have following skills and qualifications:
Higher education and several years of experience within IT development or Front/backoffice within FX/FI
Good understanding of Business workflows and requirements Good analytical and documenting skills Good communication and cooperation skills Good spoken and written Swedish and English skills
The team consists of 15-20 colleagues both developers and System Analysts.
