hela Sverige We are searching for an IT specialist to be employed at our Malmö office.
IT Specialist maintains and improves the technical system to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work and the organization's important files and information to remain safe and intact.
IT Specialist will have the following responsibilities:
• Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
• Implement security measures
• Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements
• Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
• Install and update company software and hardware as needed
• Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items
Requirements:
Bachelors degree within Computer Science or related areas
Minimum 3 years of experience within IT
Knowledge and experience in software configuration
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
Familiar with Requirements management and Solution Architecture
Experienced in build, release and deployment of software solutions
Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
