Poolia is hiring a IT Solution Analyst to a large client in Helsingborg. The assignment is from April 1 to November 30. The position is full-time.

Publiceringsdatum2013-03-02Dina arbetsuppgifterThe IT Solution Analyst is responsible for the identification of IT Requirements. You take leadership for translating the requirements for an IT Service (WHAT) to a sustainable and deliverable IT Solution (HOW). An IT Solution combines System Design, it's support and operation.
The Customer is now focusing on several exiting initiatives to improve and extend the Customer's reach and presence on the web. In order to handle this challenge we need to extend our capacity to support our business with smart and high-quality technical solutions for the future.
We are looking for IT Solution Analysts for assignments within the following domains:
• Server side Java based utilizing Spring/hibernate
• ITF (the Customers SOA)
• IDRS (the Customers Flat file transfer)
• Layered architecture integration
• BPM
• Experience in different enterprise application integration patterns
• Webmethods
• Oracle fusion
Assignment:
• Identify IT (detailed functional and non-functional) requirements on an IT Solution and secure that the IT solution design can fulfill the agreed requirements. Make sure that the IT Solution follows the agreed architecture and design.
• In a "requirement-dialogue" with the orderer challenge expectations and show risks and possibilities and work proactively to create cost efficient solutions.
• Secure that the Customer can be a professional customer to their application development suppliers by providing IT requirements and following up implementation.
• Make sure that the IT solution can work in the Customers context (configuration, interfaces and infrastructure).
• Support vendor selection, by verifying the IT Solution offered by the vendor.
• Be involved in producing the IT solution documentation together with suppliers.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
To be a successful IT Solution Analyst we would like you to have:
• 5 years experience in large scale, business critical integration solutions.
• 3 years experience from the above mentioned domains.
• Knowledge in service oriented architecture.
• 5 years experience from working with large scale Java based solutions.
• 3 years experience in developing, integrating and building Oracle based systems.
• Long experience of solution development: from requirements to production via solution design, development, testing and implementation.
• Experience in architecting and building large scale solutions.
• Strong technical and analytical skills as well as leading and communicating skills.
To succeed in this role you need to have the ability to take technical lead and build trust through a target focused mindset. You are motivated by the challenge and by staying up to date with new technologies.
You are an experienced senior technology specialist able to judge when to make use of new technology and when to build upon proven best practice.
As a person you are simple and humble with the ability to enable good teamwork. You show enthusiasm, drive and determination and challenge established ways of thinking and working. You are also analytical and have the ability to work independently and learn quickly.
