The scope
In this role, you will be part of Resurs IT organization, but you will also work with people representing other parts of the bank and closely with Intellect, our SaaS solution provider. This will give you the opportunity to work in a true entrepreneurial company with the objective to transform us to a fintech company.
The main objective of the role is to ensure that we have smooth Service Management for Core Banking Platform provided by Intellect. It is important to have the product mindset and address the lifecycle management covering DevSecOps, regulatory and compliance on the Core Banking Platform.
The focus of the role will be:
• Smooth transition from project to maintenance phase.
• Governing Incident and Problem Management to meet the SLAs.
• Enabling the bridge between Resurs Product team and Intellect to deliver changes.
• Ensuring right monitoring and alerts for smooth operations.
• Continuous Service Improvements.
• Infrastructure Governance.
• Overall Governance including audits and timely escalations for smooth operations.
• Security Adherence
• Regulatory & Compliance adherence
About you
To succeed in this role, we see that you have
• An academic and practical approach in handling challenges
• A proven track record in working with external IT providers
• Knowledge and tangible experience of ITIL framework.
• Migration, transition, and transformation experience
• Problem solving and decision making - deals with complex issues, develops solutions to remove barriers and uses judgment to make sound and dependable decisions
• Strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills.
• Good to have knowledge in Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• As a person we see you as flexible and independent with a desire to collaborate.
• You are open and like to share your knowledge and experience with your colleagues. You are structured and driven and have an interest of always improving ways of working and routines.
You are fluent in English and preferable in one of the Nordic languages, both speech and writing.
Resurs Bank is an online bank with offices across the Nordics. Most of the IT organization is located in our offices in Helsingborg and Malmö. Working remotely is normal for us but it is advantageous if you are reasonably close to a Resurs office as you sometimes might need to be on site physically. You will travel to other offices but in a sustainable way of course.
If you are not a Nordic citizen, a valid work permit to work in one of our Nordic countries is a must.

Start date: As soon as possible, but we wait for the right candidate
Employment rate: Full time
Working hours: Normal office hour and we have flextime
Office: You can choose to be based in our Helsingborg or Malmö office
Remote work: You have the possibility to work from home some days
