• Minimum 5 years of working experience as IT System/ Infrastructure Management.
• Must include monitoring & Techniques able to Monitor the available system and their performance at both the infrastructure and application levels.
• Daily support for any monitoring related queries -Incident request ticket handling as well as follow-ups on all monitoring aspects.
• Experience with databases, OS (Windows, Linux and/or UNIX), routers, switches, load balancers, applications.
• Has worked on Storage (NFS/CIFS)Good Knowledge of Scripting (Java, Python, Perl)Familiarity with ITIL process such as Change management, Problem management, Incident management etc.
• Ability to perform cross-functional collaboration with other technical teams, vendors.
• Installation and upgrade of server and agents, Patch Management Environment customization.
• Good to have experience on Release management and Configuration management
The role require 24X7 on call support. Location Stockholm.
