Your future challenge
IT Security Manager is a global operational role that aims to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the company's information, data and IT services.
You drive implementation of necessary information security policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. Create an annual IT Security plan to address any risks or gaps as well as continuously drive improvements to the IT security processes.

This position requires some travelling both in Sweden and abroad.

Your role
As IT Security Manager you provide guidance when it comes to analyzing and evaluating networks and security vulnerabilities, and managing security systems such as anti-virus, firewalls, patch management, intrusion detection and encryption on a daily basis
Define, implement and monitor key information security KPIs for the organization and hold regular meetings with internal stakeholders and vendors to review and ensure expected performance levels are maintained.
Advises senior management by identifying critical security issues and recommending solutions
On an ongoing basis you engage in communications with peers in the Systems and Networking groups as well as the various business groups to increase awareness and understanding of IT security goals for the Husqvarna Group.
Who you are
• We believe you have 5 years of full-time work experience in information security management and/or related functions (such as IT audit and IT Risk Management)
• Information security management qualifications such as CISSP or CISM a plus
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
• Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct research into IT security issues and products as required.
• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
• Highly self motivated and directed.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment
