You will work as a part of an open-minded and goal-focused team, you will work on defining and implementing a new way of working to deliver great products for next generation premium vehicles.
Your responsibilities will include:
• coach the team members providing guidance in project matters;
• work as the go-to person for your team members and create a team-feeling;
• support application of agile methodologies and coach the team members;
• strive for knowledge transfer between projects and synchronization of similar tasks;
• keep track of project status and forecast costs and competence needs.
Skills required:
• You can identify and solve problems which require analysis by adopting existing procedures, techniques and methods.
• Have experience of actively contributing to improvements and changes, taking responsibility for your actions and delivery, and can encourage others to do the same.
• Have a good understanding of the group's joint task; can work independently and seen as a trustworthy person who takes full responsibility and has excellent communication skills.
Required background:
• have at least 10 years of professional experience in SW projects;
• have strong communication and presentation skills, are able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally;
• be familiar with agile project methodology;
• have 7+ years of experience in project management (working as product owner, scrum master, project manager or similar);
• have experience of work with/lead teams larger than 20 people;
• feel comfortable leading and moderating discussions with SW experts;
• be fluent in English.
