This function is responsible to execute IT related projects to ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget and with high level of customer satisfaction.
Within the business demand management scope the function is also working with continual efficiency improvements related to the implementation of IT solution to ensure that systems will have the expected return on investment as well as return on experience.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks:
1 Ensure return on investments and satisfaction in projects delivered
2 Execute IT projects through skillful project management
3 Understanding the business processes
4 Understand the functional aspects of the systems
5 Understanding system integrations need from a business point of view
6 Coordinate further improvements
7 Coordinate trainings together with HR for the operational units
8 Screening of systems usage and providing regular and periodic evaluations
9 Maintain and develop processes
10 Test and validate IT solutions and systems
11 Best working practice improvements
12 Being an important contributor and member of steering groups related business systems
The position is located in Gothenburg. National travels might be requierd.
The ideal candidate
• As ideal for the position you have a minimum of 4 years working with Information technology. Broad technical knowledge in e-commerce, CRM, PLM and business systems.
• You have deep understanding of business processes and organizational structures
• Experience in project management
• Experience working with international and global companies
• Change Management
• As a person you are result-oriented and a fast learner, driven to action with an ability to work under new conditions in a changing environment.
