We are in an intensive and exciting development phase where we both invest in new digital systems and develop our business with new processes and working methods. Most of our projects have an IT connection, which means implementations of new systems and/or development of existing system support.
Your first mission as IT Project Manager at Retail & Food Services will be to improve the logistics in the inventory and the deliveries in and out. Within the next couple of years, we have the ambition to grow and expand to new markets.

Retail & Food Services AB is a leading distributor and wholesaler of Travel Retail products in Northern Europe to a number of large Vendors within mainly the transport sector, but also to airports and other Travel Retail distributors. We trade with most of the largest Travel Retail brands in the world and provide our customers with services such as warehouse & logistic solutions, revenue management, marketing material, merchandising & development of shop concepts.
What will you do?
Regardless of whether the project includes system support or not, we believe that the success in integrating the system support with the people who work with it, it's the processes that are the key to a successful project.
Some of your key responsibilities:
• IT communication
• General knowledge of what is relevant right now in our area
• Direct contact with Stena IT
Who are you?
We believe your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. As a person, you have a natural drive to achieve goals and constantly work with developments and improvements. We believe you are a good planner and work in a structured way to make sure your projects are finished on time and with high quality.
The must-haves:
• Academic background in IT management, logistics, or competence and experience that is considered equivalent
• Previous experience in Change management
• Been working as a project manager
• Knowledge of various system supports and an understanding of how people and systems interact
Nice to have:
• Experience in logistics
• SQL - database
• Knowledge of WMS-system
