In order to drive this area forward we are hiring an experienced IT Product Owner to take care of the Security area/solutions within the end user collaboration and productivity platforms used globally within Electrolux.
You will be part of our Collaboration & Productivity portfolio team within Group Digital Workplace.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business oriented and technical skills of how security can be easy and user friendly but still meet security related requirements and give the best protection to our end users. Collaboration platforms such as Office 365 are key platforms within Electrolux and the security aspect is vital to us. The role also include ownership for the cyber security platform that delivers e-mail security, threat protection and brand protection.
Your main tasks:
In this role, you will work with the rest of the organization to achieve superior results. You will work closely with our offshore teams working with operations on our platforms, with external partners and different vendors. You can learn fast and adapt quickly to changes. It is essential to adjust to upcoming security related topics on our platforms while ensuring a modern and future oriented target picture for security within the area together with the CISO organization. To balance top class security with great user experience is a must.
Managing the security products, you must be able to communicate to end users within all areas of the company and you will serve as the internal go to person for your portfolio. Essential duties include:
• Manage the Cyber Security platform within Electrolux used for e-mail security, threat protection and brand protection on a Group level
• Act as a hub to drive security related work within the Digital Workplace together with our CISO Office
• Implement IT security frameworks and follow up on security related activities connected to our collaboration and productivity platforms/products
• Collaborate with our communication teams to provide relevant information to end users within the Electrolux community
• Prioritize, and maintain activities balancing roadmap items and projects with operational activities
• Be proactive to foresee potential problems, outline key risks or issues together with the teams.
• Extensively understand best practices and work closely with our vendors understanding roadmaps and new features
• Understand and follow up security related metrics and KPIs
• Product Life Cycle Management for the Cyber Security platform and vendor related activities
• Ensure a great and secure end user experience
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment where changes happens fast
Qualifications:
• Extensive experience within the Security area (infrastructure and platform level)
• Experience from working with service providers and 3rd party vendors
• Computer Science/Software Engineering related degree
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Strong interest for Cyber security related topics within the Digital Workplace
• Leadership skills, capability to drive and motivate teams and excellent collaboration and social skills
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and process enhancement
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
• Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
• Professional & concise communication (written & verbal)
