Our Sweden office is now looking for an IT Portal Support Engineer to join a team at client location in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

Providing IT usage support to users and content publishers
Providing IT training (classroom led as well as remote)
Developing help and guidelines to the business users
Managing communication from IT development and maintenance team out to the business users, participating in IT development and maintenance, providing with input on business needs and requirements; managing end-user engagement in the development process

Qualifications:

Degree in IT or equivalent work experience
Minimum 2 years of experience from working with CMS-based web publishing (CMS - Content Management System) or Portals
Professional experience from working with some IT tools for Collaboration, such as wikis or document collaboration tools, Social networking, and Search
IT instructor and training skills and IT business support skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience from working with IT development and maintenance
Experience from usability in web applications
Experience from working with information structuring and information management
Customer service skills

Good communicator and have the confidence to constructively challenge your colleagues
Fluent in English and preferably in Swedish
Have valid permit to live and work in Sweden
