Mölnlycke is now looking for an IT/OT Risk Security & Compliance Project Manager, placed in Gothenburg with occasional annual travels to sites globally.
This role exists to plan, organise, and lead global projects and programs to implement new or updated IT and OT Risk, Security, and Compliance (RSC) policies, processes, and controls across HQ, factories, and distribution centers. You will ensure that the expected objectives and value of these implementations are fully achieved, safeguarding compliance and strengthening security across the organisation. You will also promote project- and program-management best practices within the global IT RSC team by driving efficient and high-quality implementations.

How You'll Make an Impact
Ensure IT and OT RSC project quality, timelines, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Lead stakeholder management, communicate progress, and secure high-quality project reporting.
Manage IT and OT RSC policy, process, and control implementation projects using the appropriate models and frameworks.
Implement NIS2 and ISO 27001-related policies, processes, and controls across applications, infrastructure, and OT environments at HQ, factories, and distribution centers.
Identify and initiate solutions where no existing procedures are in place.
Act as a business partner with a proactive, advisory approach.
Manage project-related risks, ensuring compliance with standards and reporting deviations to STCO and CISO.
Manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), resource allocation, budgets, and KPIs.
Oversee suppliers and internal/external project members to ensure delivery according to scope, time, and cost.

What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business (M.Sc. level).
Minimum 5 years' experience driving IT and/or OT Risk, Security & Compliance projects or programs, including standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, NIST, GDPR.
Experience delivering complex, cross-functional IT/OT projects, ISO 27001 certifications, and implementing IT QMS, ISMS, or ISO 62443.
Strong understanding of the System Life Cycle and how digital components interact with security controls by design.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to navigate complex situations and find solutions collaboratively.
Strong project-management leadership with a systems- and process-thinking mindset.
Experience with agile development and DevOps is desirable.
Experience in the MedTech or Pharma industry is required.
