hela Sverige We are now looking for an IT Manager that will be responsible to establish and manage a subunit within Treasury IT solutions. The IT manager will be responsible for the maintenance and development of the internal funds transfer pricing applications.
The position we offer
Your responsibilities include securing the IT deliveries to business partners, supporting in defining the business IT strategy including architecture and related application portfolio, ensure the delivery of improvements and projects, support business as their advisor to business partners in all IT related matters, develop competencies and a team capable of delivering professionally and driving your unit from Good to Great by focusing on improved performance culture, productivity improvement and leadership transformation. In addition you will have responsibility of the financials for your unit.
You will manage a subunit on an operational level with both employees located currently in Stockholm and consultants located in various countries. You will be part of a business oriented IT-team, working cross border, and with many external service providers. The environment is highly professional, with high degree of personal responsibilities.
You will report to the Business CIO for Group Treasury IT Solutions as part of the Group Treasury IT management team.
The qualifications you need
We are looking for a person with strong commitment, drive and the ability to find good solutions to accomplish business requirements. Your daily work will vary between both operational and tactical work.
The ideal candidate is an IT professional with understanding of the value created through IT. He/she has relevant management experience, ability to analyse and understand complex areas, lead unit with strong delivery mind-set and customer orientation. You will need a strong will and experience in driving change. As a person you are a positive team player with experience in working with business and technical people from different cultures. Personal drive and goal-oriented mindset are needed to succeed in this position.
• You are expected to have management skills combined with experiences from working with IT-related issues close to a business organisation
• Having a background from working with application/systems development is required
• You have experience of managing a team and experience of working in a company where the English language has been dominant
• You have a successful track record of managing IT projects
• Prior experience working with Treasury IT solutions and the Banking sector is an advantage
• Experience of consulting from a similar field will be considered an advantage
• Experience of service management would also be considered an advantage
• You preferably hold a relevant Master Degree and are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
