hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced IT Delivery Lead to support a large-scale transformation program focused on Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This project follows the SAP Activate methodology and is currently in the Explore phase. The position is open for candidates located in Sweden, particularly in the Stockholm, Uppsala, or Umeå areas, with the possibility of working from the office two days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT Delivery: Manage the planning and execution of IT activities for the EAM workstream, ensuring a seamless flow throughout the program phases.
Project Execution: Oversee key IT activities, including Fit-to-Standard analysis, Detailed Design, Blueprint creation, Configuration, and Testing.
Project Planning & Tracking: Use project management tools, preferably Microsoft Project, to organize activities, monitor progress, and ensure on-time delivery.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks in the project, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate any issues as necessary.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with EAM Business Leads to align business requirements with IT solutions and ensure effective communication across teams.
Delivery Oversight: Manage a team of functional consultants to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of EAM solutions.
Reporting & Governance: Provide regular status updates and ensure governance standards are met.
Hands-on Involvement: Depending on expertise, contribute to solution architecture, design decisions, and hands-on implementation tasks.
Skills Required:
Project Management Expertise: Extensive experience in leading IT delivery within SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, particularly in the EAM domain.
Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Knowledge: Solid understanding of EAM processes, including maintenance management and inventory management.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP EAM functionalities, configurations, and integration with other systems.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities to manage multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration between IT and business stakeholders.
Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with management, business leads, and technical teams.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Swedish is a significant advantage.
