IT Business Driver
We are now looking for an Business IT operations driver, to be responsible for managing IT services between the business and IT partners, developing the IT service management strategy, identifying impacted services, developing and coordinating service redesign, implementation, transitioning IT service from the delivery team to the production team. Your main focus is to ensure business continuity by developing and maintaining IT services that fulfil our business partner's needs.
Your main area of accountabilities include the IT operational management for FATCA and CRS information flows during the production execution process as well as acting as scrum master in a continuous improvement mode within agile development framework.
You will be part of a strong team, working cross border and through an integrated reporting and data value chain. The environment is highly professional, with high degree of personal responsibilities.
The job content
The Business IT Operational driver acts as the single point of contact for operational issues.
Responsibilities:
• Act as the advisor for the Business Unit in all IT related matters
• Set requirements for application services and conduct follow-up
• Monitor IT services in the Regulatory Reporting Domain
• Secure resource allocation especially in operational manners
• Ensure prioritisation agreed in steering groups
• Assist in the resource demand management
• Follow-up and ensure IT services delivered according to plans, agreements. If required, initiate corrective actions
• Support in Application management especially in aspects of deployment and release management
• Participate in coordinating and managing IT service level agreements (SLM) with 3rd party vendor and our business partners
• Follow up on continuous improvement process and especially on short development cycles to support incidents and problem management and resolution
• Support and sparring to programme/project managers
• Be a member in relevant decision groups (as required)
• Assist in transition processes of mature project implementations
• Can be involved in test phases of development activities on demand, especially when it comes to defect management and resolution process
• Co-operate with the business partners proactively and professionally especially on operational issues

We have recently embarked the journey of creating an integrated value chain between business areas, Group Functions and IT Group Functions - creating one well-functioning organisation on a newly established operating model and with good development opportunities for all employees.
Regulatory Reporting IT Solutions unit has the mandate of managing IT solutions to support the new Regulatory framework in the banking industry and especially in the Finance reporting area. Immediate challenges include solutions under development or improvements to support e.g. FATCA, FINREP, G-SIB as well as central bank and other local statutory reporting.

Key competencies for this job are the following:
• You have experience preferably as scrum master in an agile development environment.
• You have a relevant academic degree, in Finance, Computer Science or IT Management
• You have an experience working in the IT management, IT service management (ITSM) or project and portfolio management
• Proven success in delivering and establishment service management framework and process in large and complex environments
• Breadth of knowledge across various ITSM tools
• Demonstrable experience and knowledge of ITIL within large enterprises in particular with regard to services transitioning and operation (i.e. Incident Management, Problem Management and Event Management)
• Certification in IT Service Management, Project management or Enterprise Architecture (ITIL, PMP, TOGAF or similar) is an asset
• Experience in working in a multi-provider and multi-cultural IT sourcing environment is an asset
• Ability to understand IT solutions in Business Intelligence domain
• Knowledge of finance and regulatory reporting processes and/or systems to support such processes
• Fluent in the English language, both orally and in writing
• Strong stakeholders management skills
• Prior banking or financial services experience
You are expected to have management skills (as line manager or project manager) combined with experiences from working with IT-related issues close to (or within) a business organisation.
The position is located in Stockholm. A certain level of travel can be expected as the role and responsibilities are Nordic.

The Regulatory Reporting IT Solutions unit within IT Group Functions is a new unit for provisioning IT solutions to support new regulatory demands. This gives you an excellent opportunity to take part from the start and help form the unit and build a strong team and operations to support the new regulatory framework.
