About the job
SKF Motion technologies is searching for an experienced IT Business Analyst to join their growing team. For this job we are looking for a professional with experience in both information systems and business process improvements, particularly within the area of supply chain, logistics and manufacturing, related to systems such as ERP, Reporting/Analytics and eCommerce.
On a day-to-day basis, you will support the organization with finding solutions to continuous process improvement demands, performing system configuration/administrative tasks, coordinating super-users, assisting with problem solving, documentation and coaching of colleagues on how to use and perform system related tasks.
Another aspect of the IT Business Analyst role is to serve as the coordinator between the organization and application system developers, with the responsibility to capturing and driving change improvements resolution, from demand all the way through the design and implementation of software- and process solutions.
In this role you will both be managing and supporting the operational topics and continuous improvement initiatives, as well as managing more complex assignments which requires coordinating of workgroups in a global organization together with external suppliers.
You will be located in Göteborg (Sweden), at the headquarter, reporting to the Business Applications Team manager. You 'll be part of a team of 6 people and working closely with a range of external service providers. Regular travel over multiple continents is to be expected.
Do you recognize yourself in having the below competence?
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience of ERP solutions, especially M3, and other related systems such BI, CRM and eCommerce
• Experience and knowledge to combine extensive competence within business systems with a hands-on approach in supporting the business organization
• Master/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer science (with Business Information Systems specialization)
• Strong communication skills in English and Swedish is essential for this job, also experience in writing technical documentation
• Preferably experience from supply chain, logistics and manufacturing domain
