About Camfil
The Camfil Group is a leading manufacturer of premium clean air solutions, providing commercial and industrial systems for air filtration and air pollution control that improve worker and equipment productivity globally.
Our headquarters are centrally located in Stockholm, Sweden. To better communicate with our technicians and service owners, as an IT architect, you can choose to work primarily from our manufacturing site in Trosa or, as an alternative, operate from Stockholm with weekly trips to Trosa for in-person engagements. Camfil offers our employees the possibility to remote work (2 days/week).
The role:
As our IT architect you will evaluate the business needs and define how those needs can be supported leveraging available technology in compliance with the global IT strategy. You work closely with business representatives within the targeted area and stays continuously updated on business's key functions needs as well as the development of the focus area architecture and the IT landscape. In the global context, you will be part of the global IT team reporting to the global IT manager. The team jointly ensures efficient delivery of services for the entire Camfil group.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate and coordinate with business representatives to understand and contribute to the definition of the needs.
* Govern the IT landscape and propose technical solutions to support business needs.
* Propose the plan for implementation of technical solutions in collaboration with application specialists, system owners, change manager and resource owners.
* Plan the development and maintenance for the IT landscape based on the IT strategy.
* Define, document, publish and communicate IT architecture principles and design rules.
* Oversee that implementations, development and maintenance work comply with the IT landscape strategy, IT architecture principles and design rules.
* Stay updated on technical innovations/development.
* Contribute to the global IT strategy and global IT-plan.
* Contribute to the global IT delivery together with the global IT team.
* Represent the IT architecture function on change advisory board.
The primary responsibilities encompass defining and advocating for the advancement of the IT landscape architecture in close collaboration with the IT team and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the organization. This involves establishing the IT architecture framework, articulating IT architecture principles, and formulating technical design rules.
Furthermore, the role involves presenting and recommending technical solutions to business owners and project managers, fostering a cohesive integration between technology and business objectives. In addition, there is a focus on defining the processes, methods, and operational approaches for the function, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow in the IT domain.

As the IT architect you will be part of the global team and be a key player in driving business value with our IT delivery. Together with the others in the team you will contribute to and drive the growth of the company. We expect you to contribute to a good work environment and support your colleagues.
Furthermore you need:
* Bachelor or Master's degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent current experience.
* Documented knowledge about Microsoft products and technical architecture.
* General knowledge about information security and data privacy.
* Very good knowledge about cloud computing and cloud services.
* Experience from IT operations and governance of IT resources.
* Experience from IT architecture work in a hybrid cloud landscape.
* Experience from working within the ITIL framework.
* Excellent language skills in English.
