Job Description
You will be our iScala Application Specialist, focusing in the field of ERP and be involved in our worldwide iScala implementations. You will analyze and solve issues from the user process.
Your main duties are
• participate in the development of the iScala template
• participate in the development of integration with iScala
• participate in our iScala implementations worldwide
• prepare estimates and plan for enhancements in iScala
• support and train iScala users worldwide.
The support consists of the technical problem solution, User support/questions and iScala set-up/configuration.
Rollout work varied and include help with information/knowledge in the set-up of iScala template and the development of other integrated applications. Examples include the mapping tables in the iscala database, monitoring of tests, operating instructions, set-up/management of safety etc, file management and support of these mention.
Required experience and Knowledge
We are looking for someone, who through good communication and cooperation can drive change. You are humble, have a holistic approach and reach your goals by taking initiatives and being a good team member.You are also service oriented, responsible and driving, working independently, have priority capability and easy to work with.
We expect you to have an education with economical or IT orientation. You have experience implementing and supporting from iScala. Travel is up to 25 %. You are a good communicator in Swedish and English verbally and in writing. Good knowledge ofERP processes, finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, distribution, service, manufacturing, etc. We expect you to have experience in iScala's basic modules and modules for "Connectivity" and Manufacturing.
Knowledge in other languages, Spanish, French, German or Portuguese is a plus.
It's desirable if you have experience in international business and standard system implementations, preferable ERP. Experience with Crystal Reports and SQL is an advantage.
