Do you want to establish the technical foundation required for enabling CI/CD on our connected products? We are now looking for a great communicator and platform lead for the task of establishing CI/CD and shadow mode execution of software on our connected products.
Scania today have over 600.000 (and counting) vehicles and other products connected online.
Given that 96% of the carbon emissions comes from our products. Enabling and leveraging the data that we collect, to improve our products and help our customers utilize them in a more efficient way, is one important component for reaching our science-based targets.
2025 we are supposed to reduce our CO2 emissions from our operations by 50% and from our products by 20% compared to the 2015 levels. Read more at

You will work cross functionally to grow the CI/CD platform capabilities on our products. Advocating for working in tighter integration loops while continuously scaling and extending the support for embedded CI/CD on top of our connectivity platform.
We want to build an in vehicle platform where we can run new software in parallell with the current to continuously evaluate new features and enhanced functions on custmer vehicles in a real production environment. Giving us a capablility to invent, test and deploy new software within weeks rather than within years
Who you are
You probably have experience working with developer enablement for cloud-based backend or embedded teams. Providing end-end solutions for making the daily work of managing code and executable software for other developers run as smooth as possible.
You are comfortable with delivering results through others and find pride and reward in knowing that your contribution comes from making others develop end-customer functionality faster.
You are expected to have at least 5 years of work experience within larger software organisations. Probably in the role of solution architect, platform product owner or similar.
Experience from cloud- and embedded security and cloud architecture in general is meriting.
