Description
The role of an Intranet Task Driver is to help Tetra Pak employees to perform their most frequent tasks on Orbis (the Tetra Pak intranet) as fast and simple as possible. To find people is the most frequently performed tasks on Orbis as well as searching for relevant information.

In this role you will be focussing on improving our global end users total experience from searching on Orbis,
in close cooperation with colleagues in Communications and IT-department. You will also be driving and coordinating activities related to our strategic focus in the area of collaboration.
You will report to the Program Manager for Task Based Intranet within Internal e-Comms and have your base in Lund, Sweden. Internal e-Comms is responsible for the facilitation of internal e-channels, by developing processes, people and tools to help Tetra Pak employees globally to perform their work more efficiently.
Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Act as Task Driver for the area Search
• Act as Task Driver for the Find People tab on Orbis
• Develop, maintain and implement roadmaps for Collaboration
• Adopt and implement Social Media for collaborative purposes.
• Championing and promoting Find People and Collaboration related tasks
• Partner proactively with key stakeholders to manage Search and Collaboration across TetraPak
• Enforce the Intranet Task Management approach
• Drive improvement projects as a Project manager within Search and Collaboration.
• Work together with other Task Drivers to optimise intranet performance.
Qualifications
We believe that you have a university degree in relevant disciplines, like Informatics, Communications, HR, etc. You have documented working experience from qualified work in Intranet environments. Experience from the role as a Project manager with good track record is also desired. As an online professional you have solid understanding of online and social media technology needed for collaboration in an enterprise environment as well as Search engine functionalities. Excellent knowledge of both spoken and written English is required.
You are decisive, used to act independently and have a flexible solution oriented approach. You should be result oriented and have an entrepreneurial mindset with high energy and drive to keep set deadlines for the team. Handling uncertainty, risks and deadlines is natural for you.
