Location: Järfälla, Stockholm, Sweden
We are seeking a proactive and experienced International Sales Assistance Manager to support and optimize our global sales operations, with a focus on enhancing customer relationships and driving sales growth in international markets. This role requires close collaboration with sales teams, distributors, and clients to ensure alignment with our strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support & Coordination:
Assist in developing and executing international sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets.
Provide day-to-day support to the sales team, including preparation of proposals, contracts, and customer communications.
Customer Relationship Management:
Act as a key liaison between clients, distributors, and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare regular sales performance reports and present insights to senior management.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, logistics, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with product availability and promotional campaigns.
Facilitate communication between SANY Europe and SANY Group's global offices (e.g., China HQ).
Process Improvement:
Optimize sales workflows and documentation processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years in sales coordination, customer support, or international business, preferably in heavy machinery, construction equipment, or related industries.
Experience working with cross-cultural teams and global clients.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
