hela Sverige Within the Building Technologies Division we are striving to develop and significantly grow our OEM business within the field of HVAC related applications. Therefore we are looking for an International OEM Senior Account Manager. The person will work across all countries within the Zone Europe North, covering the Nordic countries incl. the Baltics, United Kingdom, the Netherlands and Poland.
This person will primarily focus on developing new customer, primarily within the field of Air Handling, Chiller/Heat Pumps and District Heating. Utilizing the existing sales organization and knowledge base in the respective countries, the person need to build a full market understanding of new opportunities, establish relations, understand customer needs and work out technical and commercial offers which eventually lead to concrete business for the business unit Control Products & Systems (CPS).
Main tasks include:
Together with local sales managers, identify growth potential and define sales strategy for key accounts to get new business and projects
Lead local activities in order to acquire new customers and projects. Visit customers systematically, identifying business opportunities and requirements on CPS as a supplier together with local CPS sales people and CPS HQ OEM sales. Defines and coordinates customer events and promotion activities.
Gain market knowledge including technologies, trends and competition.
Drives opportunity projects including necessary efforts from HQ product segments, zone CoC team and local sales organizations
Defines and provides feedback regarding market needs to Product line managers in CPS HQ
Participates in exhibitions, seminars etc. in order to position Siemens as potential supplier
Personal requirements:
Minimum 10 years of business experience
Experience in OEM sales and complex sales for a minimum of 5 years
Extensive experience in the HVAC business
Expertise in Air Handling and/or District Heating preferred
Leadership skills
Problem solving skills including negotiating skills
Very strong personal drive and creative business thinking
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
The function is based in Sweden, with Stockholm as preferred base and the person will report to the Business Unit Head for Zone Europe North.
As this is a new function within the existing organization it will give opportunities to form and define the role based on the individual assuming the position.
