Interim Assistant to a leading international Private Equity firm

We are now searching for an interim Assistant for a long-term assignment.

Our customer is a leading Private Equity firm with a strong international presence and expansive operations in the Nordic region, as well as other parts of Europe. They are currently looking to extend their Assistant team with a highly motivated, service-minded ?can do person?. In this role you will support 3-4 Investment Professionals in their everyday work.

As an Assistant you will play a vital role where you will contribute to the people you support?s effectiveness, and keep their busy schedules on track. Investment Professionals often work on multiple deals and will rely on you to think for them and make sure they are on target. You will be working as an integrated part within a team consisting of seven assistants, in a highly professional and motivating international environment. Together you will collaborate to achieve a systematic and organized work group which objective is to support and contribute to our customer?s business and success.

Your daily work will consist of the following assignments
• Extensive diary management and travel planning
• Manage calendar and correspondence, both internally and externally
• Message screening for Investment Professionals
• Maintain soft and hard copy files for deals and internal matters
• Produce presentations, letters, e-mails, etc. both from manuscript and on own initiative
• Co-ordinate signing and distribution of documents
• Research local and global businesses and industries
• Scan/print/copy documents
• Process expense reports
• Co-ordinate board material and help organise board meetings
• Work together with, and when needed, cover for other assistants within the different offices

Qualities we require and value in our next assistant
• High school education as a minimum
• Minimum 2 years of experience from working as an assistant in an international fast paced environment where flexibility is key
• The ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Personnel drive, and someone that strives to meet and exceed expectations
• Proves professional conduct and discretion exhibited at all times
• Humble and service-minded
• Organized and structured with lots of common sense
• Have a general understanding of businesses and the financial world. Also show the willingness to learn about Private Equity
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish. Finnish language skills are an advantage
• Good computer skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook

The interim position will be based in Stockholm over a period of 12-18 months.
