<p>Our client is one of the most fast-growing Educational Tech companies in the world and they aim to radically improve learning for 1.5 billion school students globally. The company provides intelligent textbooks to different schools in over 70 countries on 5 continents, this allows students to develop their learning skills faster, more effectively and teachers to focus on helping students reach their goals.</p>

<p>Just Arrived is assisting our client to find their next Inside Sales Coordinator to their Growth team. The position as a Inside Sales Coordinator will be based at their Stockholm office and it is a full time position. This is a direct recruitment to our company.</p>

<p><strong>Assignment as a Inside Sales Coordinator</strong></p>

<p>As a Inside Sales Coordinator, your job will be to maximise our team's efficiency by working with inbound leads and a segmented approach to the entire sales process. If you are looking for the challenge of setting up an Inside Sales function from scratch, you have great collaboration skills and is driven and ambitious, this could be the role you are looking for.<br />
You will be responsible for experimenting with different strategies in order to ensure development for the concept of Inside Sales. If these initiatives proves successful, it will be standardised and scaled up to be rolled out across the entire Growth organisation. You will work closely with three Growth Function Leaders and in particular with the Marketing team and the Business Development team, to insure that every lead is qualified and handled appropriately in order to generate revenue from Inbound Marketing and smaller accounts.</p>

<p><strong>Responsibilities as a Inside Sales Coordinator</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Ownership of the Sales qualification and lead distribution to Business Developers</li>
<li>Meet sales goals and hit forecasted lead conversion rates</li>
<li>Make discovery calls to qualified leads.</li>
<li>Schedule meetings for regional Business Developer with schools that has been qualified. Manage the sales process, from qualification to closing (for low segment schools).</li>
<li>Contribute to setting and improving the processes with Inside Sales; automating and scaling the function</li>
</ul>

<p>We seek someone who has a high level of structure and a very good attention to details. It is very important that you have been working in a fast-growth company and has experience of reaching ambitious goals. You should have outstanding communication English skills, both written and verbally. Our client values someone who can learn from others and is open to feedback. Since you have a lot of responsibility, it is vital that you can work independently and you should not be afraid of taking initiatives.</p>

<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Higher education degree in relevant field</li>
<li>2+ years relevant experience in Inside Sales, within a B2B software organisation</li>
<li>Fluent in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in additional languages is valued.</li>
</ul>

<p><strong>Other skills that values</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience from SaaS / EdTech sales</li>
<li>Previous experience contributing to setting up an Inside Sales function</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment</li>
</ul>
