The Infrastructure engineer position provides infrastructures and services to the company's manufacturing environment. As an IT Infrastructure Engineer you will ensure the daily operation of the IT infrastructure & support service to maintain optimal uptime and functional use of all systems critical to the business. Build effective working relationships with key business stakeholders, suppliers, partners and vendors.
You will be responsible for the entire IT delivery in the manufacturing environment. In order to deliver you will work closely with local business stakeholders as well as corporate and external suppliers. Since compliance and security is one driver in that environment a close collaboration with the security department is key. It is a key task to keep the environments compliant to the applicable standards.
The position is located in Älvsjö, Stockholm with walking distance from the station.
WHO ARE YOU?
To thrive and succeed in this role we believe you have 5+ years of experience of IT Infrastructure Support including a minimum of 2 years in a senior System Administration role supporting infrastructure platforms. You are social and have the ability to communicate and collaborate with the manufacturing technicians in IBS to ensure production delivery. You can also keep production and site manager informed of potential issues and collaborate with necessary stakeholders to resolve issues. You are a teamplayer and are used to work against objectives. If you have experience from working in a production environment that is a big advantage however not essential.
Technical skills:
• Deep knowledge in Microsoft Server (AD, GPO, PowerShell, IIS)
• Windows server and database administration (Oracle) and basic SQL skills
• Enterprise Network and Firewall (Firewalls, configuring VPNs, Layer-3 devices)
• Good skills in SCCM and equivalent systems.
• Microsoft Exchange 2016 and onwards.
• Database administration (MS SQL 2014 and onwards)
• VMware Virtualization administration skills
• Server hardware and architecture
• Firewall management
• Backup tools, data storage systems (Veeam)
• Information Security
