The Group Security team is embarking on a mission of rapid maturity and require a highly motivated and talented information security specialist to help guide us on this journey. The Group Security team operates out of Stockholm and is responsible for securing the Unibet Group and its assets.
We are searching for that certain someone who is not satisfied in just knowing common standards and frameworks, but instead likes to understand vulnerabilities, the exploitability, how to think like the adversary, and most importantly how to defend against them. You will have a real personal passion for security (across a broad range of domains), technology and an insatiable lust to develop further as a security expert (both technically and generally).
Part of the journey toward greater security maturity will mean that you will be required to be self-autonomous and confident at developing and delivering continuous improvement projects to help us identify our assets, the criticality, the risks, the vulnerabilities and the threats associated with the assets and means by which to protect them.
Finally, we require a real team player. Someone who enjoys teaching (and learning), who enjoys engaging the organisation to be as passionate about security as we are, and who likes to work in a highly collaboratively environment.
Key accountabilities of this role are
Identify security related issues and mitigation strategies through the conduct of system auditing, information security reviews and risk assessments.
Provide advice, assistance and policy on information security issues to internal stakeholders.
Drive improvement projects which will further enhance the current security controls, procedures and processes.
Drive remediation efforts with the various compliance programs.
Represent the security team as a security consultant in Unibet projects and audits
Contribute to the security awareness programme and develop a security aware culture.
Maintenance and development of the security team Information Security Management System (ISMS).
Build and maintain a network within the organisation through travel to other Unibet offices in Europe (average 2-3 times per quarter).
We're looking for someone with the following skills, knowledge and experience
Experience of working with information security for 3 years.
You are an expert at system security auditing. You have a keen eye for identifying critical assets, identifying the risks, documenting your findings and ensuring that controls are implemented.
Practical experience (implementation and/or risk assessment of security standards and framework) over some or all of the following:
NIST 800-53
ISO 27001, 27002
PCI DSS, ISM
COBIT 5.0
ISO 31000
NIST 800-261
Very good communication skills and excellent English, both verbally and written.
You have strong people skills and work well in groups and can take an independent responsibility to develop and improve the information security area.
You are structured and have the ability to initiate change, drive projects and be focused on delivering value to the company.
Education / Qualifications/ Professional Cerificates
Minimum Required: Relevant university degree
Highly Desirable: One or more of the following qualifications and professional certifications: CISSP /CISM, GIAC (GISF, GISP), CISA, CRISC
