Information Security Manager
Lynk & Co is seeking an Information Security Manager. As Information Security Manager you are responsible for building and maintaining the global Lynk & Co information security framework, processes, routines and standards as well as working with Data Privacy, ensuring GDPR compliance together with Lynk & Co Data Protection Officer.
Primary responsibilities include building and maintaining the global Lynk & Co information security framework, processes, routines and standards and supporting DPO to ensure Data Privacy and ensure GDPR compliance.
You will report to the Global Director of Business Technology Lynk & Co.
You are a team player who thrive in a fast-paced, continuously changing, co:spirit environment.
The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co HQ. The position includes global responsibility.
Responsibilities and tasks
- Manage global implementation of Lynk & Co information security framework, processes, routines and standards.
- Support DPO in global compliance to GDPR from Business Technology.
Profile and Background
- Passion for information security and data privacy by design.
- Ability to inspire actions - to challenge and foster creativity and driving continuous improvements.
- Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities.
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience.
- Fluency in English - both oral and written.
- Ability to travel.
- Experience in Information Security Management.
- Experience in Data Privacy incl. GDPR.
