CellaVision is now looking to strengthen the Academy Team with an Information Engineer!
What will you do?
As an Information Engineer, you will be a part of the CellaVision Academy Team, primarily optimizing the delivery of technical documentation and related materials. You will be working with devoted colleagues to improve the way in which Technical information is delivered to our customers. You will be responsible for planning, executing and managing an improvement strategy for documentation that meets our current needs and provides room for our expanding portfolio.
We are looking for someone who has experience with GUI localization file processing and related outputs, managing single-sourced deliverable outputs and the automation of some of these tasks all with the goal of improved customer experience.
The position includes the following main tasks:
• Working closely together with our software development team to manage and streamline the GUI localization process
• Create and maintain Stylesheets (CSS)
• Manage translations of technical documentation and software, together with our translation agency
• Improve and maintain version control policies and procedures
• Manage the publishing of technical documents to a variety of outputs (such as print and online and offline HTML help)
• Develop and maintain conditioning policies and procedures
• Create and maintain scripts to automate file handling
The position is a permanent employmentat our head office in Lund.

Requirements
• A Bachelor or Master degree in information design or equivalent.
• High level of experience in structuring and managing technical information.
• Experience with single-source authoring and content management systems, preferably experienced in MadCap Flare.
• Experience in working with scripts.
• Experience working with localization
• You know your way around HTML and CSS.
• Good English language and writing skills.
