Do you want to work in scenic Norrviken in a stable family business that makes the world a little better, every day?
To strengthen and develop Ragn-Sells Development Department, we are now looking for a Development Manager in information and development. You will work with a focus on technology to maintain a stable, efficient and flexible organization and develop it further.
Your work assignments
• Plan, direct and coordinate development teams
• Develop and strengthen the competence in the development organization in Ragn-Sells
• Maintain the strategy and documentation regarding choice of platforms, documents such as developer manuals, version management of code, etc.
• Be responsible for the development and test process
• Facilitate the collaboration between the IT functions
• Work closely with the architectural functions to ensure that the solutions are sustainable and effective
• Be a role model for efficient use of data, information and analysis, synchronization with the business
• Be responsible for building and maintaining the information forum where all information owners gather
• Consult and coach projects
• Coordinate efforts with other teams and specialists
• Track and report problems
• Define and measure KPIs and follow-up
You will also work with and make decisions for purchases, orders, offers, enter into agreements or other commitments concerning Ragn-Sells and its subsidiaries. You are part of Rang-Sells IT Management Team expecting to manage group where today there are 8 people and report to CIO.
Your profile
We would like you to have a degree from a university or college in Systems Science or similar experiences in professional positions. If you also have experience in Data Warehouse development and testing, it is a big plus. Training in leadership is also an advantage.
• Experience of leading development teams
• Experience of working with data management
• Experience of practical development
• Experience of ITIL framework
If you also have experience of data environments and data storage in the cloud, this is an advantage. Knowledge of Microsoft devop's platform and other Microsoft tools is also a big plus.
