The Role:
As an Indirect Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our business functions and central procurement initiatives across Europe, Middle East, India, and Africa. Your responsibilities will include managing sourcing projects, providing expert advice, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with stakeholders globally. You 'll have the chance to make an impact and contribute to our organization 's success.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco with planned start on the 18th of September, and will go until the 30th of June 2024. For the right candidate there are possibilities of extension.
What You 'll Do:
• Lead and manage sourcing projects, ensuring efficient procurement processes.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders across international environments.
• Provide expert advice and support to business functions for optimal sourcing practices.
• Negotiate contracts and manage contract lifecycles effectively.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sourcing guidelines.
• Represent the EMEIA Division in interactions with category management, regions, and other divisions.
• In both parts report line is to EMEIA Head of Procurement, Indirect Sourcing
It 's possible to work flexibly (remotely), but it 's required that one should be able to commute to the office at regular intervals.
What Are Looking For someone whom is:
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
• Documented experience in managing sourcing projects, preferably within Indirect Categories.
• Skilled at stakeholder management within complex organizations.
• Willingness to travel within Europe when necessary.
• Familiarity with procurement processes and negotiation techniques.
• Strong contract management skills.
