Welcome to join Customer and Counterparty Data - a business unit at the heart of the bank responsible for the group wide Customer Data for our 10 million private and 1 million corporate customers.

In Customer and Counterparty Data, we have the mission as group-wide owner to proactively drive simplified processes and solutions enabling improved customer experience and ensured compliance. We are now looking for an Incident and Defect Manager.

The position we offer

Customer and Counterparty Data owns all local customer legacy systems (one in each Nordic country). Going forward, we will also be the owner of the new Customer and Counterparty Master solution. The development has started and will continue coming years with step-wise production releases enabling new capabilities for Nordea's business. Number of consumers within Nordea will gradually increase to support their respective business processes.

Availability and quality of delivered data from the new Customer and Counterparty Master solution are key factors, but sometimes things can go wrong. This is where you come in. As an Incident and Defect Manager, you act as a bridge between business, IT operations, IT development and the release manager. You facilitate the coordination between stakeholders and drive the resolution of the issues we might encounter with our data or in our systems.

Our internal IT provider use ITIL and IPC processes, but we expect you to propose and implement improvements on a continuous basis.

The position is located in Stockholm, Copenhagen or Helsinki.

The qualifications you need

We believe that you have 3+ years' experience from a similar role. You have worked in tools such as Quality Centre and Remedy and are familiar with ITIL and IPC processes.

• You are skilled at creating and presenting reports on incidents and statistics.
• You thrive in a role where your cooperation skills are crucial for success.
