Team Description & Purpose of Role:
This role sits within the In-House Sales organisation in Gothenburg. The role reports into the In-House Sales Manager. The team currently consist of one manager and three Product Sales.
Job Responsibilities:
The purpose of the In-House Product Sales role is to proactively seek out new business opportunities within the existing customer base. The person will work on ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through actively assisting their customer base with renewing and upgrading service contracts and work as a link across the Group. A key purpose of the In-House Product Sales role is to strengthen and assure success on retention and renewal business through effective service/life cycle management. In-House Product Sales will become the primary day to day contact on assigned accounts, ensuring that their customers have a key contact in our business for any day to day needs/issues. The role has two key focuses, primarily ensuring customer service to the account and secondly introducing the customer to product specialists who can help cross sell into the customer. Work with the Inside Sales Manager to create and execute customer retention and growth plans. Produce monthly Service Reports for assigned customers and lead regular Service Reviews with these customers. Key agenda items will be service reporting, service improvement, internal process changes, and educational slots to inform the customer of new services. Work closely with Inside Sales Manager and Regional Sales Managers to report on any potential customer issues and growth potential. Be a point of escalation for assigned customers on post-sales issues.
Experience Required:
• Good technical knowledge to be able to understand customer requests, needs and issues.
• Proven knowledge and ability to pitch the full company?s products portfolio.
• Documented ability to drive a sales process and also close sales over the phone as well as proven knowledge of a standard business to business Sales process.
• Ability to show results from previous Sales and/or Lead generation work.
• Experience of Customer Support/Customer Services from a sales perspective.
• Involvement in driving successful contract renewal and new service introduction initiatives.
• It is important be guided by the business need, adapt quickly to changing needs and can operate effectively in an environment with lean matrix based support structures.
• Fluent Swedish and English is required
