IKEA of Sweden, or IoS, is responsible for developing the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. Expressed in terms of IKEAs three main processes, IoS leads the
processes Creating the Home Furnishings Offer and Supplying. IoS also takes part in the third main process, called Communicating & Selling, which is lead by Retail.
Job description
Manage Safety Alarm projects and related corrective and preventative actions to assure that what is defined as the project objective and scope is delivered on time, within budget and meets the issuers
needs and requirements. This means:
• Lead and manage the assigned Safety Alarm Cases according to defined process
• Create and manage the project plan
• Lead and manage the project team
• Assure that the project progresses according to plan and within scope
• Document and Inform people concerned about project status
• Manage evaluation and handover of project results to business
Job requirements
University degree in Engineering or Law is required. You have probably several years work experience from food, medical or medicin. You have experience from basic management and project management
with complex and global scope. You are also familiar with project management tools, such as MS Project. A good command in English, both in verbal and writing is required.
Personal skills
You are enthusiastic, driven and determined, enjoy working closely with people and have great communication & convincing skills. You have the capability to lead, manage and motivate people with
development assignments/projects. You have a strong result orientation and ability to prioritize. You have a problem solving approach and the ability to make holistic, proactive and rational fact
