We are looking for a people-oriented leader with a high level of business acumen. In this position you will be reporting to the Vice President Chassi Operations and be a part of the management team.
Main Activities and Responsibilities
Support and drive business objectives from a people perspective.
Translate strategy into aligned HR plans and actions to improve business performance.
Coach and support leaders in HR issues such as, Performance Management, Talent Management, Competence Development, Recruitment, Labor Relations, Workforce Planning, Compensation and Benefits.
Represent Chassi Operations in Volvo Buses HR community.

Required knowledge and experience
Bachelor or master 's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Proven experience as a senior HR professional
Excellent communication and language skills, Swedish and English
Good knowledge and experience of Swedish labor law, labor relations, work environment, rehabilitation processes
