His / Her responsibilities will be :
• To assist and support the HR team in the provision of a full range of HR support to staff in the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark) covering recruitment, reward, career development, employee relations, performance management and HR related process administration and implementation..
• To assist in the provision of key technical and generalist advice to employees and line managers on the implementation of established company people practices consistent with the business agenda.
• To proactively manage the day to day administration . Accurate and timely production of HR contractual and benefit documentation, maintainance of employee files, management of the new joiner administration process from offer to induction. Ensuring that reference checks are completed on a timely basis; proactive management of work permit/immigration issues. Accurate inputting of employee changes into the SIEBEL ERM system on a timely basis. Works towards constant improvement and efficiency of the HR administrative process.
• To assist in the delivery of a high quality end to end recruitment and selection service to internal clients (recruiting managers) for all levels of recruiting and via the management of external search agents, from requirements definition through to new hire integration into the company. Apply global recruitment principles to all Nordics recruitment and ensuring all documentation relating to the process is coordinated and recorded accurately. Aid in ensuring a high level of candidate management is maintained and assist in the selection processes through arrangement and participation of interviews and selection discussions. Assist in recruitment and selection for the Associate and Internship programmes. Build strong relationships with external recruitment suppliers and negotiate satisfactory fee arrangements.
• To assist in the effective implementation of global and local career development policies through training needs analysis, proactive management of training requests and follow-up of individual personal development plans. Organise training events in line with business needs. Source good providers, negotiate cost reductions.
• To provide advice to employees and line managers in relation to our global performance management process and work to ensure timely completion of annual performance reviews through monitoring of employee objective setting and the completion of personal development plans for all Nordics staff. Provide advice and training on the practical use of our SIEBEL ERM system that supports this process.
• To maintain the quality of the SIEBEL ERM database and participate in HR reporting both internally and to Fortis Investments. It is critical that accurate up to date data is available at all times and that all process are completed and documented effectively.
• To follow up and support the reporting on the efficiency of the local HR administration on personnel costs, turnover, absenteeism etc. Responsible for compilation of global exit interview analysis to contribute to monthly management reporting.
