As a HR Reward Specialist you will have line managers and employees as your main stakeholders and clients. Together with HR Business Partners and HR Service Managers you will be responsible for a successful delivery of operational HR Service to the business.
You will work in a highly professional and service minded team being the expert advisor and providing guidance. You will work closely with one Senior HR Reward Specialist and together you will form the local team within the compensation and benefit area.
Main responsibilities
• Position evaluation
• Documentation of job structure
• Ownership of policy and procedure within the reward area
• Drive compensation analysis and benchmarking activities
• Identify and drive improvements needs
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you have a University degree within Human Resource or Finance. You have at least 5 years experience in working within Human Resource Management where 2 years preferably have been specializing in Compensation & Benefit .
Your skills in MS Excel and Power Point are excellent. Previous experience in SAP or other HR information systems is a requirement.
You have excellent communication skills and are fluent in English, both verbal and written.
